I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for a family getaway and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by the luxuriousness and enhanced comfort it provided. The location in the forest was absolutely breathtaking, offering a serene and peaceful atmosphere for relaxation. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, with room service available 24/7 and a helpful bell staff/porter who assisted with all our needs. The room amenities were exceptional, with a sitting area, terrace, and in-room safe, ensuring a comfortable and secure stay. Additionally, the hotel offered a range of facilities such as a fitness center, outdoor swimming pool, and a kids club, allowing us to enjoy various activities during our stay.

This hotel is a hidden gem that I highly recommend to everyone.

I had a wonderful stay at Harris Hotel. The friendly and responsive staff made me and my family feel welcome and at home. The kids loved the various play areas and the large swimming pool. The delicious meals and early check-in without any extra charge were a pleasant surprise. The stunning view of Mount Salak and the swimming pool from our room window added to the overall experience. The hotel's location near family attractions in Sentul was an added bonus. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation with family.

The interior of the room could use some refreshing as the hotel has been established for 10 years. The noise from other rooms and the limited pool towels were minor inconveniences.

In this city, I stayed at this hotel for three nights and enjoyed the amazing view of the mountains from my room. The hotel had great facilities including a pool and park for families to enjoy. The location is easy to find places to eat and is secured for visitors at the convention center.

We spent our Christmas vacation at a hotel with very clean facilities, comfy beds and great food options. the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, greeting us with a smile and always willing to assist us with any of our requests. We were pleased with the location of the hotel in close proximity to several key attractions and activities.

the wifi did not meet our usual high standards in terms of speed, and the air conditioning in some of the rooms was not working properly causing minor inconveniences.
